Kay's Natural Mini Meals!




I had the chance to try some truly amazing products in the past few months. Recently, Kay's Mini meals sent me a box of their products to try!  Healthy and filling mini meals which were low in calories and surprisingly tasty as well.  Made with a great mix of soy protein, fiber, carbohydrates, and good fats these products help curb the appetite.

Special thanks to Kay's for sending me these special treats! These mini meals are not only low in calories, but really do taste great and provide a good source of protein for energy. These are individual snacks baggies (1 oz.) that have a little over 100 calories, high in lean soy protein, are gluten-free, and as mentioned above include fiber!

Kay’s Naturals foods are always free of artificial sweeteners, flavors, colors and preservatives.  I am not too big on breakfast because I'm never hungry in the morning so my daily breakfast routine consists of mostly Starbucks coffees but I decided to give their products a chance for something to nibble on with my am coffee and I found their Cinnamon Cookie with Almond bites to be my personal favorite (my husband as well). Each bite is filled with almond and coated with a yummy cinnamon  sweet flavor. If you like nibbling on something small and sweet with coffee, this is perfect. No guilt, low calories and you can't go wrong with cinnamon!! This also goes well with milk if you want to be creative and make it into a cereal too. That is what is great about these snacks, they are versatile. You can mix and match. My hubby loved their Apple Cinnamon cereal as well and found it could also be used as a yogurt topping.



The Jalapeno Honey Pretzel sticks were very tasty, one of my favorites too. These are great with absolutely any beverage, water, wine, anything! I've never tried this flavor on pretzels before and the calories per bag are incredibly low. I plan to buy this flavor because it was so incredibly tasty. I love cinnamon flavored pretzels as well so these were also highly favored by me. I am a big pretzel fan and since these are high in protein, gluten free and made with all natural ingredients, they are ultimately the tastiest, healthiest pretzels I have ever tried! I try to make an effort to only put healthy foods in my body and Kay's natural products really helps lock in a great taste and protein benefits in one package. So if you are looking for something healthy, low in calories and packed with protein and good healthy stuff, try Kay's natural mini meals, you will not be disappointed!

Chobani Yogurt- Thank you Chobani for the special delivery! ;)




By far, one of the best yogurts I've have tried next to Pinkberry-which is a frozen yogurt. Chobani Greek yogurt is really delicious. It's smooth, thick and creamy. Chobani comes in all sorts of flavors, like strawberry, peach, vanilla, blueberry, and other flavors too. There were real pieces of fruit in the yogurt and no artificial sweeteners or corn syrup, unlike most supermarket yogurts.  The fruit in the yogurt is fresh and tasty. If you want to try a new yogurt, I say give this one a try! Strawberry and lemon were my personal favorites!

Wai Lana Yogi™ fruit & nut bars



These bars are so yummy. My favorite flavor is Strawberry shake. I actually paired this up with my Drink Chai drink and it was great.Yummy and good for you, this bar are packed with vitamin C and other potent antioxidants, plus fiber, minerals, and folic acid. Almonds provide protein, calcium, and other important nutrients.

I love Beanitos chips! My favorite flavor is Cheddar Cheese-(Pinto Bean and Flax). These chips are made from whole beans. Per 1 ounce serving, Beanitos have:

This past month, I tried Cliff energy bars and Mojo bars. My favorite flavor Cliff bar is white chocolate Macadamia Nut. Vegan. Natural. Kosher. Made with 70% Organic Ingredients. I am a big fan of vegan (white) chocolate and macadamia nuts. This packs in 240 calories BUT it's filled with lots of healthy stuff and it's nothing that can't be burned off in a work out. They have 5 grams or so of fiber and 10 grams or so of protein.

Mishima All Natural Miso Soup!!!



I love Miso soup and now I can enjoy the great taste of Japanese Edamame soup quickly and easily with Mishima's instant soups. Mishima uses only the highest quality ingredients in their soups. They have a tasty blend of soybean and potato which is added with real pieces of edamame to make it truly authentic and yummy. Low in sodium and high in protein and calcium. All vegetarian. No MSG added! Non-GMO soybeans. There is no cholesterol or saturated fat. These soups contain real tofu and taste just like your favorite miso soups found in your favorite Japanese restaurants! So, I have been wanting to try this out for a while after reading about it online and checking out a few blogs. I love trying out new healthy beverages and Chia is now one of my favorites. It's like fruit in a bottle. I actually feel healthy just drinking it. My favorite flavor is Strawberry Chia but orange is pretty yummy too. Each bottle contains these tiny particles called Chia.
